Excellent customer service. Prompt in their response time. Everyone was very professional. All the contractors they arranged for me were excellent to work with and I enjoyed having them in my home during a stressful time.

This group of folks were fabulous. We were able to do the demolition and they came in only 2 days, dried and treated stuff and did a great job. Mitchell was our technician and he was intelligent, thorough in his explanation of the process, complete in his review and very timely. In a tough time this type of folks help in the difficulties of Hurricane Sally. Hooray! 5 star job. We used them again for a water leak and once again they were awesome. Excellent job replacing my roof and repairing a wall that was water damaged. Everyone from Courtney who handled the claim to the installers that did the work did an excellent job. Ahmed Andrade was very professional, he communicated everything from scheduling the repairs, to answering any questions I had, to following up on the job completion. I would definitely use Paul Davis Restoration again and I would highly recommend them!

Ana and Ed showed up on short notice after hours and an hour away from their business. They were so kind to our renters and their customers and did a thorough inspection. The Paul Davis team worked with our renter’s timeline I. Order to not interrupt business any more than absolutely necessary. The cleaning team worked tirelessly on a Saturday afternoon to thoroughly clean the building so that our renter would not have to close and lose business. Jared also did a wonderful job pressure washing the front of our building to clean it while also helping us to locate any leaks that we were not aware of. The entire team working the many stages of our needs were beyond wonderful! This crew came to Florida from Alabama to help with cleanup from Hurricane Ian. They were very professional and competent giving me great comfort. They were neat, thorough and hard working. They were friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them without reservation!
